About
I've spent more than 20 years working in fitness and wellness, from developing signature programs for gyms to training leaders in business, entertainment, and athletics. I've worked with people whose schedules are relentless, whose expectations are high, and who want more from their health than simply looking good. Although looking good is certainly part of the fun.
Building muscle is fundamental to my approach. Strength influences far more than how we look. It supports our physical health, cognitive function, confidence, and ability to do the things we love. My approach integrates strength, nutrition, and the science of longevity, taking into account the way you eat, recover, think, work, and live.
The point of being healthy is to enjoy what that health makes possible. I believe in discipline, curiosity, pleasure, and having a sense of humor along the way. I don't believe health needs to become an exercise in deprivation or endless self-improvement.
That's what Life by Design means to me: building the strength, health, and confidence to live bigger, pursue our ambitions, and make more room for everything that makes life interesting.
